Avi Bitton law firm is composed of five lawyers (attorneys, solicitors, barristers) and three jurists.

Avi Bitton law firm practices French and international commercial law, intellectual property law, employment law and criminal law, in various industry sectors (new technologies, entertainment, publishing, clothing, financial services, …).

Avi Bitton law firm advises and defends more than 900 clients, particularly companies, ambassies and consulates, trade unions, non-for-profit organisations, families, employees and authors (journalists, writers, photographers, musicians, …).

Lawyer Avi Bitton has been elected, in 2010, as a Representative of the Paris Bar Council, which is the official regulatory and disciplinary authority of the Paris Bar, and he has been elected again, in 2012, as Representative to the National Council of the Bars, which is the official regulatory authority of the French bars.

We are members of several professional organisations (Franco-British Chamber of Commerce, French Association for Employment Law, European Criminal Bar Association).

We often publish articles and comment cases in the media, national or international, with our clients’ approval.
