Fees

Avi Bitton Avocats Associés (14 Lawyers, 23 years of experience) charges the following fees in employment law for managers and executives :

– Hourly billing at a rate of 800 euros (VAT included), payable upon designation, in monthly instalments;

– Plus a success fee of 20% (excluding VAT) on the amounts obtained, payable at the end of the negotiation.

Our fees are refunded by the employer, in whole or in part, in the vast majority of departures negotiated by our firm, in addition to the compensation obtained.

Our fees are non-negotiable.
